This is how I make small talk to a baby:
"Pick a boo I see you."
Then I break into song and dance with the nursery rhyme THE ITSY-BITSY SPIDER:
"The itsy-bitsy spider went up the water spout.
Down came the rain and washed the spider out.
Out came the sun and it dried up all the rain:
And, the itsy-bitsy spider went up the spout again..."

Is there any better type of small talk better than talking to a baby?
Donate your small talk to help foster children and orphans find loving and caring homes. Like at a retired English teacher widowed and looking for someone to sing the alphabet song to. A little song that goes like this:
A.b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z. Now I know my ABC's next time won't you sing with me?

GOD commanded this to the ancients and WE are now able to breed TRUST, compassion, and a more perfect union with this basic tenet of social security.
